Cleaned-up strategy framework (not a measured finding) informing phase sequencing: keep cross-DEX/flash arb as the core, add liquidations/state-MEV later once Arc has protocols with real volume.
Cleaned up from a strategic discussion, not a measured finding (unlike
competitor-mainnet-0xe1ee.md). Frames arbitrage as one category of MEV
rather than an alternative to it, ranks strategies for this project
specifically, and lands on keeping cross-DEX/flash arb as the core
with liquidation/state-transition strategies added later once the
underlying protocols exist on Arc with real volume.
